2.5ml (5-10 sprays) contains 257mg elemental magnesium and 312mg OptiMSM.

Directions

For daily use, this spray is best used after a bath or shower when the pores are open to aid absorption into the skin. Spray 5-10 sprays onto clean unbroken skin, and massage in. Note on initial application you may experience a slightly tingling or itchy sensation. Skin can be towelled or washed off 20 minutes after massaging in. Reapply as needed.
