2.5ml (5-10 sprays) contains 125mg elemental magnesium. Capsaicin content is 0,025%

Directions
Make sure your skin is free of other oils and lotions. Spray or rub magnesium “oil” on clean skin. Wait at least 30 minutes before showering or rinsing it off. Try it first on small skin surface are with 1 or 2 pumps to test for any skin irritation. If irritation occurs wash it off with warm soapy water.
Wash hands with warm soapy water immediately after use. be careful of rubbing eyes or any sensitive areas of the body while applying spray.

Store at room temperature. Keep away from children.
I use this on days I've done a hike or paticularly a lot of walking (I average 15,000 steps a day) so it's great for tired and aching legs.
I've also got Scoliosis and it's great for my lower back pain.
I definitely don't recommend smelling it as you will feel the chilli in your nose learn from my mistake.
Great alternative if you don't wanna take painkillers.
