5ml (1-2 pumps) contains 138mg elemental magnesium.

Directions

Apply around 5ml (1-2 pumps) onto clean unbroken skin, concentrating on on joints, muscles and areas of concern, and massage into the skin. It is best applied directly after a shower or bath when the pores are open to aid absorption into the skin. Reapply as needed.
