Directions
For foot bath: add 150-200g (approx. 1 cup) flakes in warm (not hot!) water and enjoy it for minimum 20 minutes or longer if desired.
For a bath soak: add 25-300g (approx. 2 cups) flakes in a warm bath and relax for min. 20 minutes or longer to obtain full body rejuvenation. It is recommended to take 2-3 magnesium baths per week.
