Direction

Apply around 5ml (4-5 pumps) Around the body and massage into the skin, concentrating on any areas that are prone to stiffness and cramping, avoiding any sensitive or broken skin. I can’t swallow pills so nutritionist recommended me this stuff instead. Magnesium levels are back to normal and I’m feeling so much better, period symptoms are massively reduced, especially pain. Which is crazy! It can be a bit slimy (obviously, it’s an oil) so I usually just leave on for 30 minutes but have slept with it on in pj bottoms :)

Love this lotion

I started using this lotion a few nights ago and since then I have been having deep deep sleep and dreaming all night. It softens my skin and I feel great. The only downfall is the pump isn’t great!!

Nice absorbant cream

I don't know if it works but, it's a pleasant cream to use. The pump dispenser is useless but I use it as a top and use the cream directly from the bottle. Pleasant fragrance.
